Options include learning to scale up and abseil down the ten metre high walls, learning to boulder through some tricky problems, or even testing your team on the leap of faith.
Our instructors are fully qualified. They are experienced at working with groups of all ages and backgrounds. They have tips and exercises to help build the confidence of even those who don’t like heights.
