Kids Parties
Climbing is the perfect sport for kids and a climbing party is a great way to celebrate. White Spider offers climbing parties for ages 7 upwards where kids can experience the fun and excitement of rock climbing in a safe environment. Where better to spend the big day? Spend an hour and a half scaling the walls with your friends – a day to remember!
What's a Spider Climbing Party like?
We'll design a party to suit your child and their friends given their age and experience.
Options include:
- Bouldering and Spider Castle
- bouldering in a private area with specially trained instructors
- exploring our unique Spider Castle
OR
- Top Rope Climbing and Spider Castle time
- taster session on the high walls with ropes with specially trained instructors
- exploring our unique Spider Castle
Every party will have:
- An hour and a half of climbing time
- Specially trained instructors who'll provide excellent coaching and careful supervision as the kids literally climb the walls
- Maximum ratio of 1 instructors to 6 kids with great attention to the safety of your group

which includes:
- entry to White Spider and instruction with a maximum ratio of 1:6
- hire of harnesses and helmet
On Saturdays and Sundays parties can be booked for 11.30am-1.00pm (for groups of up to 6), 1.30pm-3.00pm (for groups of up to 12) and 3.00pm-4.30pm (for groups of up to 18). For weekday parties call us to arrange a time to suit.
Upon booking you'll receive:
- a smart White Spider invite for you to print and send
- parental consent forms to be completed
- a confirmation email with your booking details.
Your Kids Party Questions Answered:
Do the kids need to wear anything special?
- Any sports or loose fitting clothes work well for climbing and bouldering
Do they need any special equipment?
- They can climb in trainers.
- We'll provide a harness and helmet.
What if they forget the forms?
- Every child must bring the completed Junior Supervised Climbing Form (which includes parental consent) signed by their parent or guardian. They cannot climb without this form.
